Feeding Hopper

One M.S. fabricated hopper of 40 mtr. cube capacity has been provided along with the plant. One Reciprocating Grizzly feeder 980 mm x 3500 mm size with opening of 40mm has been provided along with the plant to screen out – 125 mm products from the feed. There will be one vibrating Grizzle below the reciprocating Feeder to separate out quarry waste of -25 mm. Products in between -125 to +25 mm from the feed are carried directly to the transfer conveyor carrying the out put of 36"x25" Crusher. Product in between + 125 mm and - 600 are Crushed through the 36"x25" Jaw Crusher. 

Screen

There has been 4 nos. Vibrating Screen in the plant. All the screen are provided with M.S. Fabricated body construction. The screening surface of the screen is made from spring steel   wire with square hole opening.

Conveyors

All conveyors are provided with self geared motorized head drum or Gear box with chain sprocate drive tail drum, troughing iddler, return iddler, screw take up arrangement with endless belt of 315/3 quality and M – 24 covering.

Power Source
One generating set of 850 KVA capacity will be sufficient to operate the plant. The above said generating set is not in our scope of supply.


Cables & Control Panel

We will provide one suitable control panel for easy and trouble free operation of the plant. The control panel has been provided with facilities for over load protection, sequence start, single phase protection, earth falt protection etc. We will also provide one set of connecting cables from equipment to control panel along with the plant. The supply cable from power source to the control panel is not in our scope of supply.


Electric Connection

Electric connection to the plant as per local electricity rule will be under your scope of supply and responsibility.


Supervision of Erection and Commissioning

We will do the supervision of erection & commissioning of the plant as per our terms attached herewith in our general terms of sale. Our charge for supervision of erection and commissioning will be @ 5% which will be charged extra.


Optional Equipment Skid Structure

To reduce the erection and commissioning time and to eliminate the Civil Foundation the plant can be provided with Skid Structure, which has been quoted extra as an optional equipment. The Skid Structure is complete with Walkway, Ladder, Maintenance Platform and supports for mounting of conveyors and maintenance tools. One set of tools and tackles are provided with the Skid Structure.
